Just came back from visiting the 2 new models for Richmond Homes in BackCountry of Highlands Ranch, and here are some of my comments. Richmond is building 6 models that start with a base price of $319,950 to $379,950 and these range in size from 2100 to 2667 square feet.

There are many lots to choose from, and also some spec homes that range in price from $373,685 to $443,560 that could be ready as soon as 40 days.
Have you thought of a new home in BackCountry for under $500,000, with a laundry room on the upper level? Near the bedrooms, what a novel concept. Or a 2 or 3 car tandem garage that is not the focal point of your front entry? Tired of hail storms ruining the roof? How about a concrete tile roof that is not on an Oakwood home?
