More Details on Clocktower Residences in Highlands Ranch
Over the next 3 years, Cardel Homes will be building up to 96 townhomes and 234 condos at the Clocktower Residences near the Highlands Ranch Town Center.
From one of our previous blogs, we have a 3D animation video of Clocktower Residences from 2008, fun to watch.
The townhomes will be either a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom, with between 1500 to 1700 square feet, and the condos will be about 700 square feet for a one bedroom condo and around 1100 square feet for the 2 bedroom condo.
These prices will be significantly lower than what Fairfield had proposed before they lost the project thru foreclosure.
