Homes in Denver and Highlands Ranch are selling the fastest in the Country, well almost.
The average number of days homes are spending on the market has dropped by nearly 10% nationwide in the last year, according to June housing data from REALTOR.com. The average US home now spends 84 days on the market.
But in some housing markets, homes are selling even faster, spending an average of 45 days or less on the market before they sell, and some are having some of the speediest home sales, and Denver is #2 on the list, with median days on the market of just 33 days. We have lost out to Oakland California, but we are well ahead of Anchorage, and the others.
