Just came back from visiting the onsite trailer for Shea Homes newest detached single family home development near Highlands Ranch Parkway and Fairview Parkway, and it seems to be buzzing.
By printing the plat map above, you can see how the development will progress. There are 2 community Parks, views of the open space to the west and most of the subdivision has a gentle slope with views of the Mountains to the west.
This will be a new future design of homes, featuring either flat lot homes, or garden level homes. As usual with new homes, there is a long list of standard options, along with build exactly what I want in a home.

MLS Statistics for Highlands Ranch for the month of September are just out and shows some changes we should all look over. Please view the attached document while we discuss some of the main changes.
There was a 24% drop in sales year over year for the month of September, average days on the market is now around 73 days, number of homes actively on the market has risen to around 776 homes. The absorption rate is now over 6 months. For condos, the number of homes on the market (resale) has gone up to 155 condos, and the average days on the market has gone down to around 106 days, with the same 6 months absorption rate.
